January Shiflett serves as the Director of Escrow Operations at Republic Commercial Title Company, bringing extensive leadership experience and specialized expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
She began her career as a closing officer and quickly advanced to Closing Manager at a boutique commercial law firm. January later held the role of Practice Manager at a full-service transactional firm before joining Republic Commercial Title. Her diverse background in both real estate and legal operations provides her with a well-rounded, strategic perspective on complex transactions and the systems that support them.
January is recognized for her organizational precision, innovative workflow design, and strong focus on transaction security and fraud prevention. She consistently delivers accurate, efficient results while maintaining the highest standards of client service and data protection.

With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate title services, Kianna Walker brings a proven track record of precision, leadership, and client-focused solutions to every transaction. As Title Officer, she manages the full scope of the title process — from due diligence and underwriting to final closing — ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for all parties involved.
Throughout her 10+ years in the industry, Kianna has earned the trust of developers, underwriters, attorneys, and lenders on a wide range of complex commercial projects, including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
