Our Team

Rayan Culberson

Owner/CEO

Rayan has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate and title insurance, with deep expertise in complex transactions and strategic growth. She began her career in real estate counsel at National Mortgage Company and is now the successor Owner of RCTC, where she leads daily operations, commercial closings, and business development.

She is highly skilled in commercial title insurance, escrow services, and underwriting, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and transaction efficiency. Her leadership has helped expand RCTC’s reach, improve internal processes, and elevate client service standards.

Rayan is recognized for her integrity, industry expertise, and forward-looking vision for the continued growth of RCTC.


January Shiflett

Director of Escrow Operations

January is the Director of Escrow Operations at RCTC, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and legal operations.

She began her career as a closing officer and advanced to Closing Manager at a boutique commercial law firm, later serving as Practice Manager at a full-service transactional firm before joining Republic Commercial Title. Her background across real estate and legal operations gives her a strong, well-rounded approach to complex transactions and supporting systems.

She is known for her organizational precision, workflow optimization, and focus on transaction security and fraud prevention, consistently delivering accurate, efficient results with a strong emphasis on client service and data protection.

Kianna is a Title Officer with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate title services, known for her precision, leadership, and client-focused approach.

She manages the full title process—from due diligence and underwriting through closing—ensuring smooth, efficient transactions across complex commercial projects, including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Her expertise includes title risk mitigation, zoning and survey analysis, and complex deal structures, and she is recognized for proactive communication, operational excellence, and consistently delivering reliable, on-time results.

Gabrielle’s Resilience, Achievement, Compassion, and Excellence


The G.R.A.C.E. Scholars Fund, presented by Republic Commercial Title Company, LLC, honors the journey of Gabrielle Culberson by supporting high-achieving students in Bartow County who demonstrate resilience, academic excellence, compassion, and service. As a merit-based award, the Fund reflects a long-term commitment to empowering future leaders who turn personal challenges into opportunities to impact their communities.

Please note - applications are for Bartow County residents only.

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA 

1.      Eligibility
a. High school seniors attending school in Bartow County, Georgia
b. Planning to enroll in an accredited 2-year or 4-year college/university

2.      Academic Achievement
a. Minimum 3.5 GPA
b. Demonstrated commitment to rigorous coursework (Honors, AP, IB, or Dual Enrollment encouraged)
c. Recognition for scholastic excellence (e.g., National Merit, AP Scholar, Academic Honors, etc.) will be considered

3.      Core Values (G.R.A.C.E.)
a. Applicants must demonstrate alignment with two or more of the following values:
i. Resilience: Overcoming personal, family, or health-related challenges while continuing to excel academically and personally
ii. Achievement: Outstanding accomplishments in academics, athletics, arts, or leadership
iii. Compassion: A proven commitment to service, mentoring, or supporting others in the community
iv. Excellence: Consistently striving for high standards in academics and character
v. Service & Leadership:
1. Documented involvement in community service, volunteer projects, or leadership roles (school or community-based)
2. Preference for students who have shown initiative in creating or leading service projects
vi. Special Considerations: Students who have faced significant medical challenges, served as caregivers, or demonstrated
resilience through adversity are encouraged to apply
